Please bring the following items to your Little Messy Tots class:

  • Babies must be wearing a standard nappy/pull up – swim nappies are not permitted.
  •  Please bring your own towel
  •  Change of clothing

Please read the following terms and conditions under which we offer our services. By making a booking or using any of our services (e.g. attending a class or event) you are agreeing to accept and abide by these terms hereby set out below.

        Missed Classes

  • We are unable to give refunds, or carry over to a future booking, for class sessions that you do not attend.
  • At the discretion of the class leader and depending on availability, we may be able to change class bookings where appropriate notice of 48 hours, or more is given. This is solely depending on availability of other classes.
  • Little Messy Tots reserve the right to cancel sessions without refund in circumstances beyond our control (i.e. venue closure, adverse weather conditions, class leader illness). Although we will endeavour to run catch up sessions. If for any reason Little Messy Play are unable to offer a catch up session, refunds will be given in credit to use for a future booking of your choosing.


    Infection Control

  • Please do not attend the session with your child if they are ill and risk infecting other children. Little Messy Tots reserves the right to request a child leave the session if it is felt they are an infection risk to others. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to the class if we feel that the child or adult is too ill to participate.
  • Where a child has suffered from sickness and diarrhoea it is advised to avoid group activities for 48 hours
  • Has or has had a fever in the previous 24 hours
  • Has symptoms of the following contagious childhood illnesses;

    – Measles
    -Conjunctivitis
    -Chicken pox
    -German Measles
    -Whooping Cough
    -Impetigo
    -Scarlett Fever
    -Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease
    -Norovirus

  • Infection control policies, such as cleaning regimes and hand washing/sanitising protocols have been developed for our class sessions and events and will be carried out by your class leader as required.
  • Please also inform a member of staff if your child has had a toilet accident so the station/products can be taken away to be cleaned sterilized and replaced.


    Health and Safety

  • Those in charge of the child/children are solely responsible for the control, care and safety of their child/children at all times whilst at Little Messy Tots. Little Messy Tots cannot accept any such responsibility.
  • Those in charge of the child/children are under no circumstances allowed to leave the building without taking the child/children within their care with them
  • It is the responsibility of the parent/carer to inform the class leader upon booking of any allergies. The class leader will take every effort to ensure any materials/food do not contain ingredients that may cause allergic reactions. Where this is not possible, adults responsible for children will be notified of which items to avoid. It is then the responsibility of the parent/carer to ensure the child/children do not interact with any material/food substance that may cause an allergic reaction to their child/children. (The packaging of food products are available on request if the parents are unsure of the ingredients).
  • We make every effort to supply items that are either edible, non-toxic/ hypoallergenic. However, we advise that all materials provided including foodstuffs are not to be consumed by the babies/toddlers as some products (despite being edible) may present a choking hazard. We do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any accident, allergic reaction or illness found to be directly attribute from any product or item provided. It remains the responsibility of the parent/guardian in attendance for supervising the children they are accompanying
  • Little Messy Tots reserves the right to require anyone, child or adult, to leave if their behaviour is likely to threaten the safety or enjoyment of others. Attending adults are responsible for the safety of their child/children during each session. This includes the use of all materials and equipment and to ensure that you and your child/children behave in a way to not cause injury or abuse to other children or adults.
  • Whilst we endeavour to clear all spillages as soon as they occur, some of the materials used can cause the play area to become slippery where a no running policy is in place. Please ensure your child/children do not intentionally pour materials or throw outside of the immediate play area.
  • We recommend that children wear appropriate clothing for messy play as Little Messy Tots will not be liable for any stains or marks on children’s clothes. Old clothes or items that you do not mind getting dirty are highly advise.
  • Under no circumstance will Little Messy Tots take responsibility for loss or damages to personal possessions during a messy play session.


    Photography and Video

  • From time to time we may request to take photographs or shoot video’s during classes to use for marketing and promotional purposes, which may include, but is not limited to, use on social media, promotional materials or our website.
  • You will be asked at or prior to the first class where this takes places whether or not you consent to being included in these images or footage and images. Where images are used no additional personal information or names will be linked to them, unless specific additional permission is sought from the individuals involved.
  • Little Messy Tots is happy for you to take photographs of your own child during classes. If you wish for another child to be in the picture, please seek permission from the adult accompanying that child before taking pictures.


    After Classes

  • We do not keep any finished or part finished work from session activities. All materials or work remaining will be discarded. Please make sure you take your child’s work away with you.


    Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Little Messy Tots from time to time updates these T&Cs. It is your responsibility to ensure you re-read these terms and conditions upon future bookings.
